Cirelay Shop is being set up to make returns simple, fair, and trackable.
- Contact support with your order number before sending anything back.
- Items must generally be unused and in the condition received unless defective or damaged.
- Defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible with photos where relevant.
The automation plan is to triage return requests, collect the needed order details, and escalate edge cases for review.
